Self-counseling
Self-counseling and self-analysis are two different things, one should do everyday.
The main thing in life is to be happy and make all the people around you happy.
And for happiness, mental peace is necessary and you need to be a good person also.
Self-counseling is a process that reduces mental instability due to various problems such as
your ego-hurt, relationship etc and Self-analysis makes you perfect.It gives a scope to know
yourself better. You will find multi-characteristics in you and something you never thought you
have within you.
Now I am coming to the process....
before sleep at night come to a place where you have spent your lonely peaceful time.
then set a chair infront of your chair, you are sitting.
Close your eyes for sometimes and think what you have done whole day.
Then open your eyes and estimate what are the problems you have faced i.e
analyze what are the things, making your mind disturbed.
Then tell those problems one by one to that empty chair.
Now solve the problems one by one i.e tell what should be the solutions for those problems.
All the solutions should be positive and don't leave any problem for next day.
From this you will get a mental peace as well as stability and you will learn Decision-making power.
